Yolanda is delighted to have been appointed Director and Treasurer of Board Apprentice. She has been an advocate of Diversity in the business world going back to her days as an active member of Citigroup’s CitiWomen initiative.
Yolanda has a strong business background that includes ten years at Citi, where she was Head of Foreign Exchange Exposure Management, following positions in Trade Finance, Derivatives and Venture Capital. During this time she also gained a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
As well as being a Visiting University Finance Lecturer, she wrote and delivered the Financial Accounting curriculum for the Financial Services Degree at University Centre in Jersey.
Yolanda currently runs her own business helping others overcome challenges through a combination of coaching and complementary therapies, which she has introduced into Jersey schools and corporate boardrooms, as well as in her work at Macmillan Cancer Support Jersey and Philip’s Footprints charities. She is also a Trustee for the Jersey Childcare Trust.
