Siobhan is a fully ICSA qualified Company Secretary, with 15 years experience of working with London Stock Exchange listed companies. She is Head of Listed Company Secretarial Services at BNP Paribas Securities Services and was awarded the prestigious Jersey ICSA Company Secretary of the Year award in 2015.
