The initial focus in the Nordics groups is having host boards within SME companies with a view to expand it into larger listed companies. It is currently one group covering all three countries but in time subgroups will set up in each country.In Denmark we also have the involvement of Århus University who runs a group of hostboards from the SME sector and who cooperates across borders with Lancaster University.
