Bio

Charlotte Valeur has over 30 years of experience in finance, primarily as an investment banker in Denmark and UK. She has an extensive portfolio career with a number of Non-Executive Directorships and Chair roles – as well as delivering training globally in governance best practice and advising boards on corporate governance through her company Global Governance Group.

Charlotte’s board roles in listed organisations have taken in Chair of FTSE250 Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc, NED of FTSE250 3i Infrastructure Plc, Chair of Blackstone/GSO Loan Financing Ltd, Chair of DW Catalyst Fund Ltd, NED of NTR Plc, NED of Renewable Energy Generation Ltd, NED of JPMorgan Convertibles Income Fund Ltd. Charlotte’s unlisted experience includes being a Non-Executive Director of the international engineering firm Laing O’Rourke. She recently was appointed as Chair of The Institute of Directors (UK).

Charlotte is the Founder and Chair of Board Apprentice Global – setting it up to improve the pipeline and diversity of board-ready Directors.
