Leena Nair

Leena Nair is Senior Vice President, Leadership and Organisation Development at Unilever and is also the Global Head of Diversity. She has been at the forefront of a comprehensive Gender Balance initiative at Unilever that has led to the fastest growing female representation in the workforce compared to any other organisation in its peer group. This has been recognised with multiple awards globally, including the prestigious Catalyst Award.

Leena is now focussing on building a truly Inclusive work culture at Unilever to harness the power of Diversity. Leena is a passionate believer in diversity as a critical enabler to business performance and is supporting Board Apprentice in its mission to realise this goal at the very top of the corporate world.
