Irene Cowden

Irene is an HR professional with extensive board and executive committee experience in FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 global organisations.

A large part of her career was spent at Securicor where she became the first female executive director. She was also a Group Executive Committee member at G4S, one of the largest employers in the FTSE.

During her career, Irene has worked on numerous initiatives aimed at broadening diversity and inclusion to improve organisational performance and enhance employee engagement. She has also held trustee and advisory board roles in both public and private sector organisations and is currently a Trustee Director for the G4S pension scheme.
